Returns Policy
Before returning your item(s), please contact us to notify us of the return. You can fill out the online form, or get in touch with us via phone or email.
Our Returns Policy
- You may return your item(s) for any reason within 14 days of the original purchase, so long as the garments are in their original (unworn) condition.
- If your item(s) have been removed from their original packaging we will only approve the refund/exchange once our team has assessed the garment for signs of wear. Clothing items that are returned to us having been washed and/or worn will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Unless your garments were damaged in transit or upon delivery, you will be liable for postage costs. In the event that you have received a damaged/faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify the issue.
Returning Your Item(s)
Before returning your item(s) to us, you’ll need to complete your returns form. You’ll find the form inside your original package from us. Please be sure to fill out the form in it’s entirety in order for us to be able to process your exchange/refund as quickly as possible.
All item(s) being returned to us should be re-packed in the packaging they were received in. If this packaging is no longer available, an alternative form of packaging may be used to contain and protect your item(s).
Place a clearly written returns address label on the front of the parcel. You can find our returns address on the returns form, and on our contact page.
Take the package you’re returning to us to any local post office or courier collection point. Please note that the postal expense will be at your own cost. The item(s) being returned remain your responsibility until they reach us. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you return any packages using a recorded delivery service and obtain a proof of delivery certificate (or receipt) from the courier or post office used.
